Perry County Community Task Force

Helping today's youth become tomorrow's leaders

The Girls' Circle was formed in Perry County in 2014 and is open to girls in 7th and 8th grade.  This program uses evidence-based curriculum to provide opportunities for girls to lead a life that includes being informed; making positive choices; experiencing shared power; and having positive options for a safe, healthy, and productive future.  Weekly sessions are held on Wednesday from 3:15-4:15 pm, at the KC Bowling Center.

You/your child has expressed interest in attending the Girls Circle Program.  It meets on Wednesday afternoons from 3:15-4:15pm in Perryville, Missouri.  This program and activities will be under the guidance and supervision of the Perry County Community Task Force staff.  Transportation will be by carpooling / walking.

If you/your child would like to participate in the Girls Circle program and its off-campus activities, please fill out the following statement of consent and release of liability.  As parent or legal guardian, you remain fully responsible for any legal responsibility, which may result from any personal actions taken by your child. You also agree to hold the Perry County Community Task Force and its contracted personnel and mentors harmless from any and all loss, claims, expenses, actions, costs, damages, injuries arising from any and all acts undertaken by them. The Perry County Community Task Force prohibits the release of any client information to anyone outside the organization unless participants verbalize or exhibit high-risk behavior or report abuse of any kind that indicates need for further assessment or treatment.
